Can Trump's DOGE succeed in cutting government. It can with Ron Paul's help explains David Gornoski.
"Ron Paul brings to the table a gold standard of commitment to truth and fiscal conservatism. His lifelong advocacy for reducing government, based on constitutional and natural law principles, makes him uniquely qualified. No one has more credibility on trying to help America avoid financial ruin than Ron Paul, whose warnings and efforts date back to the 1970s.”

I know he's old, but I would prefer Ron Paul heading up this thing by himself. Addition by subtraction.

It's a strong sign that their goals are not the same as ours.

I like both Gornoski and Paul but I'm very skeptical. That said, even just the attempt will be entertaining to watch and force some conversations seldom even considered.

The attempt will be insanely fascinating.
Seems like the most libertarian-esq cohort to have taken the stage in a while.
If they start succeeding, the dems will need to do some serious mental gymnastics and dive deeper into delusion in order to reconcile.

The dems aren't the main foe. It will be the deep state. And I don't mean the CIA. I mean the permanent state admins. They system.

Normal people can't comprehend the slowness with which the federal bureaucracy moves. My biggest concern is that they'll run out of time, even if they try to do something good.

That's all I'm really expecting. Anything else will be a bonus.
