Hadn't heard about this. That sounds like sabotage, not corruption.
They arrested the General in charge and charged him with corruption that's why I said it was but yeah no there are other possible explanations!

Interesting. Yeah, that's the propaganda which we know is seldom the truth. It contains truth but much can be misunderstood if we take these things at face value.
