True, but strength of schedule is so far down the tiebreakers of tiebreakers. I would rather be playing the panthers 7 times. But if they do weasel their way in watch out because they will have been playing playoff football for 7 weeks and presumably well if they got in.
Of course, but I mean each win is a potential tie-breaker against another playoff relevant team and each win drops that team further down the seeding.
Everyone (except the Raiders) would prefer to play the Panthers seven times.

Looking at the Commanders and Packers remaining schedules I don't see any way either team falls off the map unless their QB gets hurt. I think the only path will be to win the division.

Well, Jayden is already hurt and almost missed a game earlier this season and Love did miss time with an injury, so it's easy enough to imagine that happening.
The problem is that the Packers kept winning with Love out.

Packers are the opposite of the 49ers this year. They are winning their games by one score late. Aside from the Titans and Cardinals game all 5 of their wins have been by one score. They beat the Texans by 2, Jags by 3 and Bears by 1. 49ers lost to Rams by 3, Cardinals by 1 and Seahawks by 3.
It's pretty much the same team. Packers 250 points for 213 points allowed. 49ers 250 points for 222 points allowed.
