I forgot all of my keys inside and it's an apartment, there is no back
I used to have a spare key in my wallet but I must have removed it at some point

They used to have spare plastic keys you could keep around in case of emergencies.
Might be something worth looking into.
Or put a spare under a flowerpot or something.
