Yesterday saw the release of Primal 2.0 and it looks fucking amazing!
This new Reads feature makes me curoios.
So far I cannot post reads on Primal itself, it links me to https://highlighter.com/.
Is there a way to turn SN pots into reads too?
That would be fucking awesome!
Then I dont have to create a note on Nostr with a link from a SN post.

I haven't found a way yet to integrate my normal writing (via Authory) to automatically publish on Highlighter and share on Nostr.
That sounds awesomely futuristic to me, but so far I'm in the 1990s era of copy-pasting

Did you try the crossposting feature? See #780019.
Only available on desktop though since it requires a signer extension until we added remote signing.

Wouldn't it be cool to be able to publish our carefully crafted notes on all the platforms we choose, without having to copy and paste them everywhere?

Oh, it's wonderful. Nothing but praise for those guys.
Like a profesh Wayback Machine or something.
It listens for my publications across all outlets and republishes them (+backlink to original) there. Plus sends me (and subscribers) notification email when new material. If original outlet takes it down or changes URL or deletes their history, I still have them up.
I basically used to pdf versions of my published work before so that I would keep a record, and this does it automatically.

I don't know what "reads" are, but if they are simply what shows up on https://highlighter.com/, then we already support that via crossposting of discussion posts:
Discussion posts become kind:30023 events (long-form content, see NIP-23) whereas link posts become kind:1 events (the stuff that shows up in Primal).
