My wife took our daughters to see Wicked on Broadway last week, so I thought I'd take them to see the movie version this week. I had never seen the stage version.
Oh my. It is literally, the longest movie ever. It is like nine hours long. I almost died. ...and (spoiler alert) this ten hour long movie was only the first act of the stage version. It was the longest eleven hours of my life.
Other than being way too long, it was pretty decent.
Here's the pic of my daughters making it to Pubkey before me, even though they didn't even make it inside. I could care less about Broadway, but this! I've worked quite a bit in the Village over the course of my life, so they have made a big point in rubbing in that they know more about Bitcoin there than me now. Grrrrr
"The Fastest Hands in the East meets the Biggest Mount in the West" hahah
It holds up quite well, would recommend. Jackie Chan absolutely crushing the action choreography as he does and Chris Tucker in one of his funniest movies imo.
Yesterday I rewatched The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button and one again realized how much we depend on the natural cause of events and how drastically even the littlest thing can impact our lives...
Right now I'm watching the movie Nanny McPhee with my family. It's a fantasy comedy film from 2005. The film is directed by Kirk Jones and was adapted from the Nurse Matilda book series by actress Emma Thompson, who also plays the main character in the film.
