I have a hard time answering this because I have never met someone that is "smart" in all areas.

I look to different people for business advice, bitcoin advice, life advice, jesus-related advice, love life, parenting etc.

That said, specifically to the Bitcoin business I think conversations with @BitcoinBrains (Dave Bradley) have been most impactful. Even though he is quite ugly and not very strong (contrary to what you might hear him say)
