This is ridiculous 😡 I remember when Sachin used to play they applied the same rule, but it was only that the batter could come in last 10 overs and replacing only another batsmen.
That was a stupid stupid decisions by ICC and was criticized so heavily that the ICC chairman had to resign. I don't know how it would make a game more interesting?
