This is interesting but I think they should normalize this to a cost-of-living component.
Average property in Switzerland is probably much higher than avg property in US, etc...

I understand your suggestion, but I don't think the purpose of this graph is to compare countries, but rather to compare average and median values within the same country.

They should include GDP per capita or something equivalent
Edit: Denmark is wealthy but taxes are very high. Difficult country to build wealth
