We are really sorry about that. Unfortunately, such errors still occur in the beta version, but I think you can see that they are decreasing day by day.
Also you can reach out to @mega_dreamer for any assistance we can with your loss.
It would be of great help to us if you could explain more specifically the bugs you experienced in purchasing and selling.
For example, are you using a mobile browser, is your LNAddress registered in your profile?

It shows 'contract not found' every time I try to sell. Also, the LN address is registered. I'm using the website on mobile, tablet, and laptop. Does the device I use matter?

Buying and selling transactions are done on a drawer component on mobile devices. If the problem was in the interface, we had to learn to understand it.
We'll work to fix this bug.
