The swiss "president" has basically no power 😂 So we have 7 members in the federal council (bundesrat), they are the head of state as a collective.. The preisdency then rotates and every year another one of this 7 becomes president.. The president has no more power than the others except he must lead the meetings (more of an obligation than a power) and he has to attempt to official ceremonys and stuff... So basically just a name 😂
