Yakihonne or Amethyst are my personal faves. If using desktop, nostrudel.ninja is good, Yakihonne also has desktop client.

What are you looking for? For something similar to Ŧüıŧ€® I like https://primal.net/ and for long posts I think https://habla.news/ is quite good. I'm starting to like Fountain for podcasts and Zapstream for video. I can't comment much on replacements for other kind or social media, since I don't use any.
