Johnstone is definitely on the left politically but I thought it was interesting the way she calls out ‘woke’ particularly in reference to jihadists.

It is ridiculous that the media is trying to frame these al qaeda jihadists as being reformed and embracing woke values.

She correctly points out that this revolution is not organic . But also woke as an ideology is not organic. It has been aggressively pushed by globalist elites, intelligence agencies and corporations like Blackrock with their DEI and ESG programs.

And it is often the opposite of what it claims to be for example pretending to be an ‘anti racist’ ideology but in reality pushing race based politics and discriminating against certain groups if they are not the preferred race or political persuasion. Woke is a fascinating rabbit hole.
