They may be looking into it for fuciciary reasons. They have to do the best for the shareholders (notice, I did not say stakeholders). This means T-Bills are on the way out and BTC on the way in for fiat profit reasons.

Don’t think so! This is a response due to fiduciary responsibilities of the board. It is their duty to, at least, look into BTC.
