Ingredients:
1,5 oz Rittenhouse Rye Whisky
1 oz Dry Curacao
1/2 oz Cognac
1/2 oz Benedictin D.O.M.
1/2 oz lemon juice
3-4 drops saline solution
absinth rinse
Instructions:
Shake with one large and two smaller ice cubes and strain into a Nick & Nora class with a fine mash strainer. Rinse the glass with absinthe first. Garnish with organge peel.

Hey friend, if you can't find pisco, use grappa instead or substitute it with white rum or white tequila.

I am in Peru and I tried a Pisco Sour, which is a very famous cocktail from Peru, prepared with pisco, lemon juice, egg white, syrup and a touch of Angostura bitters. It is considered a national pride and its special day is the first Saturday in February.
I love a good Pisco Sour! Unfortunately I do not have any Pisco in my home bar, do you have a bottle that you would recommend?
