I had this insight today, talking to someone about someone else, I said that the other person is a bit of a hedonist and the person who I was talking to said I can't judge like that. If we can't judge other people it's very hard to find where virtues are and what they are and try to improve to be more virtuous and live according to some principles. If we come to bitcoin, linux, nostr, libertarianism it all becomes very very clear. I am now understading better why normies hate it so much freedom and judgement, and to be clear I am to be judge and critisized as it helps me a lot to get better and be a better person. For me and my path on life it was always very easy to make radical decisions and live on principle, but after the psycopandemic I became much more radical, before I use to accept some trade-offs to try having a more normal life and it was a huge mistake. I came to know linux around 2010 as well as libertarianism at the same time. Along the years the freedom tech of linux and libertarian ideas were very clear and i love its advantages, but it also brought me a lot of solitude, so I always tried to break myself not entereing with all my heart into those two worlds, because I also needed some social life (which never happened). After the psycopandemic I gave up completely making ttrade-offs to seem more of a normal person with normies, it became very clear people like me we were jews living in nazi germany and normies can very much be our enemies. So back to the principles my point is that the majority of people will not use freedom tech, bitcoin nostr and etc making choices by principles because they make choices by utilitarianism, like I used to and keep living like a bitch doing what's better in the near short term to fit in society, in the group etc, living by animal instincts pratically. In the religious side, living by principles may be living like a monk, making a decision and saying no to many other things and to the world, it's hard but also very liberating.
Sometimes principles is all we have

To this I’d like to reply with this:
It's easier to give people the same grace you give yourself when you remember this is their first time in this life, too.

When it is their first time, then yes. But after talking to some of them many times about freedom and how they reject it over and over again they just give me the permission to stop carrying.
