Almost everyday of my life. Music is the main tool I can use to shift my mood or embrace it. Often, I can use music so lighten my mood and get me excited for the day. And sometimes if I am down, and I really want to dive into that feeling, I choose something sad. It's comforting in a way because I feel like I can relate to something when I am all alone. And it is sometimes just helpful to go through the darkness and get to the other side. My favorite album for this is by Beck, called "Sea Change". Great question. 💚
