The stories coming out of this so far are mind-boggling especially when it comes to Pepperdine University which has had students shelter in place and not evacuate.

They can see the fires from their windows idk how you let them stay there and not get them outta harms way!

The Franklin fire burned 2,200 acres last night alone. Over 18k people are in the evacuation zone along with several thousand structures. More importantly the fire does not seem to be contained at all.
