Absolutely, there are just masqueraders, no Bitcoiners. They say something and do something else. Where's 1 sat = 1 Sat now?
I'm curious to know the exact number of people living exclusively on Bitcoin. A million? A thousand? Who knows?

I doubt if there are even in thousands and there will ever be in our lifetime. This is a reality and we better accept it. The aim of Bitcoin wasn't as such to destroy fiat, rather it was aimed at enabling people hedge against fiat's devaluation.
Bitcoin is definitely a form of money but not a currency and it'd never be because a stable and easier to use will always be preferred. People first need to buy goods and services for necessity, then only they look at other aspects of money.

I'm not a dev nor do I understand technology way too much but I'm a practical man and will say what I see. Right now I can see that nothing is sold with an MRP in Bitcoin.
