Why?
Ocean is the ONLY pool that censors valid Bitcoin transactions, they literally have the worst block health % out of any mining pool out there: https://mempool.space/mining/pool/ocean

Never considered block health.
Ocean seems to censor spam transactions though. So this could be why.
And it seems like they let you choose whether you want to mine the censored block formats.
