Ever since finding this platform I have felt right at home. Thank you to the amazing community.
I would very much like to know if there is a roadmap of some sort for future features or even just somewhere to make suggestions.
I have been doing graphic design for a while also, if there is any way I can contribute to Stacker News please point me in the right direction.

There are some feature requests and bug reports on SN's Github repo:

From my observations, feature request are often first discussed in a Daily Discussion post. Or there's also the "stackers chat" Telegram group: https://t.me/stackernews where features or fixes can be discussed.
Then if warranted the feature is either noted for future implementation or reference, or implemented into SN is begun, or added to the Github Issues.
