I'm not sure anyone, here at least, is blaming the industry. I think chain analysis is like "look what we found" and "hey governments buy our product."

I feel it is very similar to how people blame guns as being bad. I realize people here dont think this way, but out in the world in general. It is going to take a while for people to become educated with bitcoin.

Yes, its only a matter of time before they try to take away the guns. They are already limiting them. Especially the production of bullets.
