30% of zaps are taken as a sybil fee. Of the sybil fee, 70% goes to territory founders and the other 30% goes to rewards.
From the faq:
To make this feature sybil resistant, SN takes 30% of zaps and re-distributes them to territory founders and the SN community as part of the daily rewards.

Is there a problem with the wallet? The number don't seem to add up...(?)
