I switched for privacy.
However, I am coming to think that there are backdoors to everything, everywhere.
I guess that I am just paranoid about all of this.
Yeah there are for sure.. security is all layers right?
Proton far better than Gmail for opsec though

Well considering that Google is the EVIL CIA or NSA, Proton has to be somewhat better!

Have my doubts about Proton but hope they are what they say they are.
Am moving from google to proton...although it takes time to move everything...and costs a few sats for sufficient data storage.
Would love to see someone with the time/skills to investigate Proton and check if they are as genuine and pro privacy as they claim...as they would be the perfect front for the EVIL ORGS . . . would pay a bounty of 50,000sats for a detailed independent investigative report on Protons integrity or lack thereof and 100,000 more if it reveals anything seriously compromising.
