If k00b is in the market to sell his territories we should have an auction for bitcoin. I will start the bidding at 6.9M sats.

Well it is 3M to buy a territory outright right now so if you want to buy Meta I would think 3M would be the starting point unless you are offering 100k to license meta and pay 100k a month rent.
