ToyRus went out of business in the USA.
I think there are still some small stores around, but not like the huge stores that used to be around.
That’s ironic, given that Toys R Us was founded in the States. You have me Googling - it seems that Toys R Us is still surviving in Asian countries. Singapore still has a few outlets

They could return to the States, someday. Many people would look forward to it.
For games, now, you have to go to special games stores, which are few and far between. I like to look at and handle the games I buy.

There is nothing like it around any more. A lot of the specialty merchandise stores are suffering hard times right now. Bed Bath and Beyond, gone and a lot of others that I cannot remember off of the top of my head right now. The only remainders are the big box, have a little of everything, kind of stores. The manufacturers must really be in a tight spot, too, because of it.
