The avenues for obtaining weed are the same avenues for obtaining other drugs and it seems to me that weed is the drug that people are actually demanding and the rest are mere experimentation (with the exception of the opiod crisis which needs resolved with medical reform). I think the legalization of weed may very well be enough, but only time will tell.
