Do you know any wallets / services with which I can send recurring bitcoin payments to an address but with fixed recurring amount based on dollar?
I want to make monthly payments to e.g. YouTubers https://www.youtube.com/c/MagicalCryptoFriends/about or something like this https://donate.thedigital.gov.ua/ I want that the fiat amount stays the same and I don't have to watch the dollar price all the time when the price moves up heavily

CoinCorner has this for Lightning.
The problem is, ... CoinCorner only operates in certain jurisdictions.
There's also this approach using DLCs:
Recurring subscriptions on bitcoin implemented with DLCs - Suredbits #13337 https://suredbits.com/recurring-subscriptions-on-bitcoin-implemented-with-dlcs
But of course, ... that's not really available today.
As far as on-chain bitcoin, there's really not much that I could see related to subscription payments. For one thing, you are paying a static address. Address re-use should be discouraged, so I don't think that anyone is working to even build that functionality into their wallets.
There's actually a dismissive attitude towards subscription payments ... see the discussions here:
But what is the problem you are hoping to solve? Maybe with more detals there's another solution than what you are asking: "send $x worth of Bitcoin to a static bitcoin address at certain points in time in the future".

But first of all thank you for your reply. I have a look into it. I only recently discoverd coincorner myself because of their gift cards. They seem to be very bitcoin friendly but a little intransparent regarding their fees. At least from the information I can find on their website

I use CoinPayments. I'm not sure if they have this feature but it would be a feature you can recommend. They might just implement it if it's not yet available.

Ooo. What a fantastic idea.. I believe with electrum desktop you can schedule payments... And you can also send out mass transactions..

I just don't see why this can not be done on the wallets. All you need is a lightning address from the receiver and any wallet will be able to send x amount every y interval. Reach out to your favourite wallet developer and tell them you want this feature!
