Like hunger or thirst, loneliness points to something missing in your life. Take your emotional signals seriously, if you want to thrive.

Sure. It seems to me though that loneliness is becoming an issue for many (at least based on what I see around me), which can get “magnified” during the family holidays like Christmas or Thanksgiving. We don’t see this on Nostr or twitter.

No doubt. Relationship formation is low, fertility is low. People don't have the same amount of human connections that they used to.
Then, on the holidays, they get bombarded with highly curated pictures and videos of happy gatherings. That's double tough.
