In a series of posts on social media platform X, user @jcutillo has shared of an unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) sighting, complete with corroborative evidence and detailed observations.
According to @jcutillo, the sighting took place on the night of December 25, 2024. The phenomenon featured pulsing lights that did not resemble standard aircraft beacons or navigation lights.
The user noted the presence of a Starlink satellite transit in the same general direction at around 6 PM that evening. However, he clarified that the observed object could not have been a Starlink satellite, as its movement across the sky was inconsistent with Starlink’s typical fast trajectory.
“Last night 12/25/24 starting at 7:45 PM, I captured a brightly lit #UAP in the SW sky, pulsing from orange to red. It slowly descended over ~15 min. Here’s the most compelling video, shot through my Meade StarNavigator 102mm telescope from my deck,” he wrote.
To support his claims, @jcutillo shared the following images and metadata. This visual evidence provides a substantial element to the report.
Other prominent figures in the UAP community, such as Ross Coulthart and James Fox, were tagged in hopes of drawing broader attention to the sighting.
These pulsing lights don’t match standard aircraft beacons or navigation lights. It looks more like a flying plasmoid.
The author mentioned in his posts that similar lights were visible for several days. And in the latest video that his coworker took from his house on 12/26 at 8:23 PM, you can see a similar phenomenon. If you watch it in full, you will see that he mentions the same color of the mysterious objects. Since it was the next day, the author does not know if this is related to the video he took.
