You're right, we're more likely to be killed by a bear than in a flight accident. But fear is fear. I always pray to land safely, for myself and for others before take off. I don't know if praying even works, but it can give a little sense of safety.

Yea I rely on the cabin and crew to keep me calm. They fly every day if they are calm so am I. (For the most part)

You're right, we're more likely to be killed by a bear than in a flight accident.
Most of us have an essentially zero chance of being killed by a bear, because the nearest bears are thousands of kilometers away.
But if you live in bear country...
