Since the mandates of sexual education there have been more abortions, more children born out of wedlock and more abusive relationships.
I'm reading this book now... "Life At The Bottom" by Theodore Dalrymple -
"Here the whole gamut of human folly, wickedness, and misery may be perused at leisure – in conditions, be it remembered, of unprecedented prosperity. Here are abortions procured by abdominal kung fu; children who have children, in numbers unknown before the advent of chemical contraception and sex education; women abandoned by the father of their child a month before or a month after delivery; insensate jealousy, the reverse of the coin of general promiscuity, that results in the most hideous oppression and violence; serial stepfatherhood that leads to sexual and physical abuse of children on a mass scale; and every kind of loosening of the distinction between the sexually permissible and the impermissible."

It's the power of groups. Push yourself as the expert, promote yourself as the expert, give yourself a big name and your NGO is the go to for "progressive" politicians who have no imagination.

If here in Lima, Peru there are a lot of these NGOs for the migration of millions of Venezuelans!! And what they do is keep the money and do not really help anyone 🤦

Back in the late 1980s the Punk Magazine Maximum Rock-'n'-Roll (MRR) covered this as sexuality and they also had regular writings of Michael Aquino defending his day care.
Crazy stuff. The over sexualization is everywhere and it's nothing new.
The "education" is the introduction to pornography.
This also goes for the anti-education of Language. The inability of people to communicate clearly because of slang, memes and abbreviation.
One of the best interventions of my education was a professor who told me in no flowery words that my writing was shit. This was in 1987. He and some strong peers told me that I needed to read more books and learn how to write correctly, accurately and clearly.
But back then the degeneration was powerful and sex liberation was a buzzword as well. Total crap living.
