The Devil Takes You Home is a brutal and depressing novel, more crime than horror, but a mix of both. Really good stuff.

I recommend Slew Foot..

I've only read a few pages but I love the colonial Puritan theme...

And how the author introduces the topic of witches and demons!!! I have this book for myself for half an hour of reading before bed 😴
