Over 30 years ago, in 1994, Pink Floyd released the album 'The Division Bell' without its spiritus rector Roger Waters. The live version of the epic 'High Hopes' is poignant and at the same time further proof that David Gilmour was able to lead the Pink Floyd sound project into another glorious era even after the departure of Waters.
