No, coinos allow you to receive-from SN vial LN@address and send-to SN vial NWC

I know is confusing, with coinos NWC you can only send-to SN. The arrows in the first image you shared are green, so it should work. Try to detach and re-attach the NWC, maybe just a temporary issue.
