A question regarding zapping sats and receiving CCs

This is the case: I have connected both receiving and sending wallets. I also have CCs on my balance. Let’s say I have 20 sats on my external wallet and 20 CCs on the internal wallet. And I want to zap a post 20 sats, but the other stacker hasn’t connected a receiving wallet and he will receive 20 CCs. In this case, after zapping I will have 20 sats and 0 CCs or 0 sats and 20 CCs? I mean, my 20 sats I zapped will be converted into 20 CCs or I will send him directly 20 CCs when he has not connected a external wallet?
