EDIT: Right as I was about to hit post freaking Mayo got FIRED! Dude lost his job by winning....

With the first four picks now locked in it is going to be really interesting to see how the draft goes. While Mayo might have wanted a win to have some job security and end the year on a winning note it does hurt to fall from 1 all the way to 4. Even though they didn't need to draft a QB they could have auctioned off that pick to the Giants, Tenn., Las Vegas, etc. and just move back a little bit while stocking up on draft capital.

With Tennesse, I think they would likely take a QB I would assume that Cleveland would try to move back in the draft allowing someone to move up and take a QB as well. The Giants are in a huge pickle since they are at 3 and need a QB but only 2 First Round QBs are available. I could see them attempt to swing a deal with Cleveland to draft either Sanders or Ward whoever is left over. Clevland could also go the Travis Hunter route something we know the Pats wanted because of the huge opportunity of the two-way player and it gives Maye someone to throw to. Plus the fans would love it.
