Instead of "A brief presentation" I think I would say something like "A brief information about you". Otherwise I was thinking you want me to paste some slides there (as a presentation).
For "your website" - maybe highlight that that's optional? Most users don't have a website.
It wasn't initially clear to me that I can click on the image to upload my own image. It would be better to make it more clear.
