If the sender has no attached wallet, no CCs, and no reward sats, a QR will pop up.
If the receiver has an attached wallet (that doesn't fail to make an invoice), paying the QR will send sats to the receiver's attached wallet.
If the receiver does not have an attached wallet, paying the QR will buy CCs and zap them to the receiver.
No support for bolt12 yet looks like, will it work to withdraw multiple times to a regular lightning address, or will it expire? Also do only those with attached wallets get rewards now?

Lightning addresses don't expire unless you mean something else

It's like a modern, protocol level version of lightning address - better privacy and doesn't require a web server. bolt12 supersedes bolt11 not lightning addresses.
