No rush.

When I try to sign in with lightning, nothing happens. When I try to sign in with username and password, I get an "invalid region" error.

I was able to buy shares, but I'm having issues selling.

I get the notification that says the sale was successful, but I have the same number of shares afterward and don't receive any sats.

Yep, but some of the sales have worked.

We've been live betting the college football game and most of my sales have had the problem.
