Strategically, I think it's smart to go for the low-hanging fruit, that is people who are already interested to learn. You will often find them among people who have a pressing need for bitcoin because they have been excluded by the trad financial system. The most important thing about bringing bitcoin to a person is that the person wants bitcoin to be brought to them. Don't waste energy trying to make a horse drink that is not thirsty.
