The author included this comparison of hashrate among some other PoW coins. But that comparison is meaningless because they are using different hashing algos.

Instead, the amount of electricity consumed for mining of each would make for a better comparison. But the end result is essentially the same -- bitcoin mining consumes more than 99% of the electricity that all proof-of-work mining on all others combined consume.
