The place where I have lived for more than 7 years is not my native country..
We are approximately a community of more than 2 million Venezuelan migrants who live in the "Inca Country"
(Peru)..
Throughout all this time there have been several "supposed electoral processes" in my country and the same thing always happens and I consider that it also happens in the other countries where all my brothers are scattered, people get excited and believe that something different is going to happen and nothing ever happens or changes in Venezuelan society..
A dictatorship continues without any precedent that kills... represses and eliminates all opinions or visions different from that of the murderous regime!
And one of the things that I consider the saddest is how people believe again and again in an opposition paid by the government!!
Which over the years has changed its face but they are still paid parasites... this time it is called (María Corina Machado) and throws out words and prefabricated speeches to encourage and create hope in the minds of the poor and oppressed...
They attend their rallies believing in them and then after the event is over they disappear, are arrested, tortured and no one sees them again...
I made this post because I am really bored of the same thing and at the same time powerless to explain to others that this "Dictatorship is not going to end" I want to make it clear that a dictatorship does not come out with votes and what I say is backed by Latin American history...
It only ends when the people take up arms and control with blood and fire... with several people dead, which ends up being the price of freedom... Those who have lived a similar experience know what I am talking about...
and that unfortunately the years will only pass like in the poor island of Cuba which has been suffering much more...
I am in the capital of the country and here the press and news are so empty, sensationalist and sensationalist that in 6 out of 10 covers of their newspapers there is a headline that has nothing to do with their roots or with the daily life of the "Inca Country" for which I am grateful..
But it is absurd that in a country with so many problems of its own the press only publishes things from another country 🤦..
As my father would say, it is told and not believed..
It is 10 in the morning here and I hear at a food stand how at this moment the dictator is being sworn in once again....
Thanks for reading.
