I don't think I've ever heard of one, let alone two, of the recorders failing like this. I try not to go too far down conspiracy rabbit holes without documentation, but this sounds like there's definitely something else we're going to learn.

Sus. Blackboxes are made by 3rd party companies that exist for the sole purpose of preventing this exact thing. They're only supposed to be taper proof and in a strong container - that's literally the whole job.

Black boxes aren't battery powered. Reportedly the plane was having very serious electrical problems before the crash.

What a coincidence in this disaster!
I know that there are many crazy conspiracy theories in our daily lives, but there are official reports that make me very strange.
How many manipulations have taken place in history to hide the truth about the fact just to respond to public opinion.
Let's wait and see what the explanation for this accident will be.

I wonder what the probabilty of two devices failing in such a way, simultaneously, would be.

There is definitely alot of fear right now when it comes to the airline industry. I know many people who used to travel regularly have slowed down due to all the incidents accross all the planes right now.
