Here's my single day record.
Just chech inside your phone, tell me yours.
Let's see who beats me.
The most I recall logging on a step tracker was over 20k, but a little less that yours.
Based on the distance, though, I'm sure I did more than that when I was a teenager. I did a lot of backpacking.
Ouch backpacking is hard steps! Mine were easy running
Good numbers, walking is one of the most complete exercises, I am just starting my exercise routine today.
Over 30k.
Since I semi retired probably around 20k.
No. It has to be you to surpass yourself. 🐶
Unfortunately, I don't track my step count but I'm sure it was higher than yours...
28k (~35,000 steps) a couple of months ago.
Don't have a phone record track for it, but got this #nostr post? https://primal.net/e/note1yucmegmk0gucgggp3my79s70vktc37vepxesaphdw0f2s64a3efs7c4hjs
Here we s a recent one. I’ve run in marathons too, so well into the 30-40k step range. Nice job!
