So I've been deprived of any computer access beyond my Android mobile and I came across the Raspberry Pi 500 keyboard computer. This seems extremely affordable but is this practical for those with limited hardware/software knowledge?

Probably not. I don't think Rasperry Pis come with pre-flashed SD card for use as an operating system. So you'd probably need access to a regular computer to even set up your RPi for use. At least, that's how my RPi4s were like.

That wouldn't be a problem but very good point ☝🏻

I’ve owned several rpis over the years and given them away for hobby projects.
I think the 5 is the first time you could use it as a computer; the older models were just too slow to be frustrating at GUI activities and web usage.
The Rpi 500 looks good at 90k sat, it’s usable daily at that price point.

Yes! The price point makes it a worthy difference between buy n try or avoid.
