In moderation, seed oil is also good. We consume too much mustard oil which I believe don't present any such problems if consumed moderately.

"Seed oil" is a somewhat misleading and imprecise term, but they are not good in any quantity.
What "seed oil" refers to is specifically the hyper-refined, highly inflammatory oils from canola, soy, corn, peanut, safflower, sunflower, and a couple of others.
It might be perfectly healthy to consume some of these oils in their natural state (i.e. eating peanuts or sunflower seeds), but in the form they're sold in, they are basically a mild poison.

This makes sense. I'm also against refined oil. We generally don't even call it "oil", we only use the word "refined" for it. However masses are using it in India now, the main oil still is non-refined mustard oil or Desi Ghee (made out of milk).

Mustard oil isn't even legally considered food here. When you buy it at an Indian grocery store, the bottle is covered with "Do not ingest" warnings.

That's completely bullshit about it. I've listened about such labels in USA and EU.
Let me ask you what wrong can Mustard do? It's natural ingredient and it's the best of all oils. The food is most delicious when cooked in it.
We don't buy bottled oil for quality purposes, we grow mustard and get oil through extractors.
