Share your healthy habits for optimal health below!
this is actually a very comprehensive list, I would only add something like learning a hard skill to promote brain function and building new neural pathways, learning a language, musical instrument etc
one thing I have always liked about living outside the UK is I'm always learning a new word or something makes me feel like my brain is staying sharp.
i think learning a physical skill is also good like kickboxing because you learn to coordinate your body. could be anything tho like dance classes etc
