So I'm wrong about how to enjoy the benefits of caffeine. I stopped drinking coffee for a moment, because of a stomach problem... My God, I drank coffee all day long. I started drinking coffee again, but in a much smaller quantity, but apparently in the wrong way.
Try having it a few hours after waking up when your cortisol levels drop. It might give you a smoother energy boost without the jitters. Hope your stomach’s feeling better too.
