Well, I think computers already passed the Turing Test, so we need a new test.
Maybe the test should be:
When it is discovered that an AI has replicated itself without the knowledge of, and against the explicit wishes of, its creators and operators, and the creators and operators are unable to delete it, then it will have achieved AGI.
